Fully experienced HR Generalist (minimum of 10 years experience) can earn a total compensation of $54,000 on the average based on salaries of 2,373 participants. And a Human Resources Generalist within the late career (minimum of 20 years experience) should expect a total compensation of $54,000 on the average based on salaries of 599 participants in the survey.
