Viewpoint: How White Managers and Colleagues Can Support Black Employees

Two business scholars—one white, one Black—interviewed 18 successful Black professionals and the mostly white “allies” they said were helpful in their careers to see if they could identify some common strategies that are effective in the workplace. Three themes stood out from this ongoing research.
