“Only one group is prepared to be the voice of the future of work,” SHRM President and Chief Executive Officer Johnny C. Taylor, Jr., SHRM-SCP, told the 900 attendees at the 2019 SHRM Volunteer Leaders Business Meeting this weekend. Just as importantly, Taylor said SHRM will continue to raise its profile with both federal and state legislatures as well as among C-suite leaders to shape workplace policy.
