SHRM Certification Exams: Exploring Depth of Knowledge

In the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exams, knowledge items assesses one distinct piece of knowledge. Each of these questions is classified according to the depth of knowledge, or level of understanding, required to answer it.
