As businesses reopen and HR managers focus on helping their workforces adjust, they must also keep a close eye on the safety of those employees—and not just from the virus. Workers are anxious, the company may be under financial pressure and customers may be belligerent. All of these conditions could lead to spikes in workplace violence.
