No Attorney Fees for Supervisor Found Not Liable for Harassment

Although a jury ruled in favor of a supervisor who had been individually sued in a harassment case brought under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act, he could not recover his attorney fees from the plaintiff, the California Court of Appeal ruled.
