New York Agency Proposes Statewide Predictable Scheduling Regulations

The New York Department of Labor proposed a new set of predictable scheduling regulations to discourage on-call shifts and require employers to pay workers for cancelled shifts. Employers can comment on the regulations before they are finalized.
