Leaders Share Perspectives on Managing Remote Workers

After leaders gained more experience with remote work and workers in 2021, the SHRM Research Institute sought to reassess their perceptions of remote work in 2022. Overall, SHRM found that leaders in 2022 reported more positive perceptions of and experiences with remote workers than they did in 2021. But there is still potential for negative impacts on those workers.
