Fast-track processing has been resumed for H-1B cap-subject visa petitions filed in April 2018.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced Jan. 25 its decision to lift the nine-month suspension of premium processing for any pending fiscal year (FY) 2019 H-1B cap petitions.
