Generation Z and Millennials Seek Recognition at Work

Younger employees are more dissatisfied at work than older colleagues but say recognition rewards would make them more loyal to their employer. Even small financial rewards are appreciated, but so are social rewards that deliver on a desire for connections with others, such as peer-to-peer kudos, experts say, and there are apps for that.
