Experts: Telework Fails When Human Connection is Lost

​While tools like Skype, WebEx, apps and other technology have improved telework in the last 15 years, colleagues still need human interaction to be successful, said panelists at the TRaD Works Forum. Where telework fails, human connections are often missing. Technology is a tool to add communication—not replace interaction, they said.
