Most chief people officers (CPOs) realize they need new skills to meet the demands of the 21st century, but too few of them say they have those skills, citing a lack of development and investment from the C-suite. This finding is from to a new study by global consultancy Willis Towers Watson and by HR People + Strategy, the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM’s) executive network of business and thought leaders in human resources.
