Early Forecast: 2018 U.S. Salary Budget Increase Pegged at 3.2%

Salary increase budgets in the U.S. are expected to grow by 3.2 percent in 2018, up from a 3.1 percent increase in 2017, according to a May forecast. Some say wages haven’t kept up with rising productivity while others assert wages have outpaced productivity gains.
