DOL Proposes Withdrawal of Independent Contractor, Joint Employer Rules

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) proposed withdrawing the independent contractor and joint employer final rules. The independent contractor rule hasn’t yet taken effect. A court has struck down much of the joint employer rule.
