IRS Lowers Standard Mileage Rate for 2020

Effective Jan. 1, the IRS decreased to 57.5 cents per mile—down one-half cent—the standard rate that many employers use to reimburse employees who drive their own cars or trucks for business activities. Other reimbursement methods are also options.
