A security company that guards marijuana distributors in Colorado, where recreational pot use is legal, could not defeat the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims of its security staff based on the federal prohibition on marijuana distribution, the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled.
