Defying Gravity, CEO Hikes Minimum Wage to $70,000 Again

Dan Price, the head of Gravity Payments, gained fans in 2015 when he raised the salaries for all employees in his Seattle headquarters to at least $70,000. Now, Price has announced that all employees in the company’s new Boise, Idaho, office will also earn $70,000. Is such a dramatic pay restructuring a move that others can or should follow?
