Introducing a New Theory of Workplace Pettiness

SHRM Chief Knowledge Officer Alexander Alonso, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP and his research team have conducted a broad study to identify pettiness and how it manifests itself in the workplace. They asked more than 15,000 business professionals from a wide array of industries and disciplines to share their stories of pettiness so that we could learn first-hand what they considered to be petty behavior.
