Netherlands: Labor Party Proposes Law Guaranteeing Right to Disconnect

The Dutch Labor Party announced that it would like to introduce legislation guaranteeing employees a right to disconnect. According to this proposal, employees must be allowed to completely disconnect from work outside working hours.
