Employers Must Prepare OSHA Form 300A for Electronic Filing

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will require all covered employers to electronically submit OSHA Form 300A by July 1—including employers in states with their own plans that haven’t adopted the federal electronic record-keeping rule. Employers should also note that proposed changes to the rule are coming.
