Study: More People Take Time Off, and That’s Good for Business

American workers took an average of 17.2 days of vacation in 2017, jumping up nearly a half day from 2016. This marks the highest level of vacation usage by U.S. workers since 2013 and more than a full-day increase since bottoming out at 16 days in 2014.
