Surgeon General Calls on Employers to Combat Opioid Epidemic

U.S. Surgeon General Jerome Adams asked employers to “step up” to combat the opioid epidemic by providing coverage of evidence-based treatment programs, including alternatives such as physical therapy, music therapy and acupuncture.
