Washington Lawmakers Put Employee Privacy Front and Center

This coming June will be a busy month for employers in Washington. The impending activity is due to Gov. Jay Inslee’s recent signature of a series of bills that directly impact the employer-employee relationship and impose novel restrictions and obligations on employers.
