Cigna, Humana Merger Scrapped

​Cigna called off its plans to form what would have been a “blockbuster” partnership with Humana, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing a cool reception to the plan from Cigna stockholders and the two health insurers’ inability to agree on financial terms.
