What’s Your Motivation for SHRM Certification?

In the HR profession, certification is voluntary, not mandatory, so it’s important for SHRM to find out what motivates candidates to go through the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification process. We surveyed examinees and found that, for a majority, credibility is what drives them.
