An Early Release of 2023 Out-of-Pocket Limits for Non-HSA Plans

The maximum 2023 limits on out-of-pocket costs that group health plans can impose on enrollees were announced earlier than in previous years, to give employers more time to prepare. These cost-sharing limits differ from high-deductible health plan out-of-pocket limits, expected to be released in the second quarter of 2022.
