What Does Federal OSHA’s COVID-19 ETS Mean for California?

The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health was planning to update and adopt new language for the state’s COVID-19 workplace safety standards, which would take effect in January 2022. However, California’s proposed revisions do not match the language of federal OSHA’s pending emergency temporary standard (ETS).
