Court OKs Arbitration Pact Despite Conflict Between English, Spanish Versions

Is an arbitration agreement enforceable if the English version calls for binding arbitration and the Spanish version refers to nonbinding arbitration? In a recent case, the California appeals court ordered the parties to proceed to binding arbitration.
