Connecticut Passes Law Requiring Disclosure of Wage Ranges

Gov. Ned Lamont recently signed a bill requiring employers to disclose salary ranges to job applicants and employees. Significantly, the law also expands Connecticut’s prohibition on gender-based pay discrimination.
