SHRM CEO Asks EEOC to Give Employers Pandemic Guidance

Employers urgently need guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as they devise their return-to-workplace strategies, the president and CEO of the Society for Human Resource Management told commissioners during an April 28 hearing on how the pandemic has effected workers.
