More Companies Offer Bonuses as a Challenging Year Ends

To reward employees who have dealt with a year of severe challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic, more companies are giving bonuses this December. When employers were asked what they would like most from their employer this holiday season, bonuses far outpaced holiday gifts, virtual parties and even an annual merit-pay increase.
