Court Dismisses Title VII Claim of Employee Who Represented Herself

​An employee of the library system for the city of New Orleans, filed suit against the city, alleging violations of her rights under both the U.S. Constitution and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, but most of her claims failed.
