Volatile Worker’s Banishment from County Premises Upheld

The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals regarded the temporary banning of a superintendent from a county’s administration building as “constitutionally reasonable” since the county’s decision was based on the risks the superintendent posed to employees within the building.
