Viewpoint: Should Your Company Implement an Employee Vaccination Mandate?

The spread of the Delta variant and declining rates of new vaccinations brings new urgency to the effort to increase COVID-19 vaccination rates. President Biden has called for employers to institute vaccine mandates, but hasn’t provided any guidelines for doing so. Can and should employers move forward on their own?
