USCIS Proposes New H-1B Fee

Organizations that want to hire high-skilled foreign nationals under the H-1B visa cap will have to pay a $10 fee for each electronic registration they submit, under a new rule proposed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
