There have been fears concerning job loss since the introduction of automation as a result of the limited need for physical manpower. That fear will grow further in the year 2019. About 7% of physical manpower jobs will be lost to automation, Forrester suggests. The bigger issue is how to harness automation potentials in solving skill shortage across different areas, that’s talent scarcity. Employee experience (EX) will fail to be effective

The New Year will have most business executives make some basic changes in management.
