The U.S. Needs to Prepare Workers for STEM Jobs

The U.S. faces two dilemmas: workers finding it hard to keep up with technological advancements and companies struggling to fill science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) job vacancies. Public and private stakeholders should double-down on STEM education and programs and should train current and future workers on necessary skills to close the country’s vast opportunity gap.
