Reminder: Medicare Part D Notices Are Due to CMS by Feb. 29

Employers that provide prescription drug coverage to employees, retirees or dependents eligible for Medicare Part D must annually disclose to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services whether that coverage is at least equivalent in value to a Part D plan. Calendar-year plans must submit 2020 disclosures to CMS by Feb. 29.
