Recertification Q&A: Credits Earned During Grace Period

A recent change in policy allows SHRM-certified professionals a little more time to record their professional development credits. As of Aug. 1, 2019, any PDCs you earn during the grace period—the 60 days between your certification end date and the expiration of your credential—may be applied to the 60 PDCs needed to recertify.
