Quiet Quitting: New Term for an Old Problem in a Changed Workplace

“Quiet quitting” isn’t new, say HR leaders. Workers have often experienced disengagement, and that burnout is now exacerbated by the pandemic and a reevaluation of work/life balance and priorities. HR leaders say employers and managers need to reach out to their employees on a personal level to create connections that will reinvigorate workers.
