Proud Advocate for SHRM Certification Speaks Out

​As one of the first HR professionals to receive a SHRM credential, Michaela Theophilus, D. Hum., wears her SHRM-SCP badge with pride. Theophilus, director of Human Resources for the BVI Airports Authority in Tortola, British Virgin Islands, was among 200 people who took the six-hour-long, 300-question SHRM-SCP pilot exam given in Atlanta in 2014.
