Philadelphia Employers Get More Time to Prepare for Predictable Scheduling Law

The Philadelphia Mayor’s Office of Labor has delayed the effective date of an ordinance that will require certain employers to provide workers with advance notice of their schedules. City officials are developing a report and regulations in response to public comments and testimony about the new requirements.
