OSHA Penalizes Hospital for Endangering Workers

A psychiatric facility that had some patients prone to aggression could not overturn a $12,471 citation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled.
