NYC Employers Adapting to Pay Transparency Law

New York City’s new pay transparency law requiring salary ranges in job ads has thrown some employers for a loop. Not only are they contending with glitches with internal pay systems and ranges greater than $100,000, but they also have to grapple with revealing new hires’ pay to current workers.
