New York Issues Final Guidance on Sexual-Harassment Policies

New York employers must comply with a recently enacted an anti-sexual-harassment law that includes stringent requirements for workplace anti-harassment policies and training. A key component of the new law went into effect Oct. 9 and requires every employer in the state to establish a sexual-harassment prevention policy.
