N.Y. Attorney General: DOL Rule Unlawfully Limits Workers’ Right to Virus Leave

The federal government has unlawfully narrowed workers’ eligibility for emergency paid-sick-leave and paid-family-leave benefits under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, according to a lawsuit filed by New York’s attorney general.
