Mental Health Parity—Now, the DOL Really Means It

Employers that sponsor physical and mental health coverage are on notice that they can face Department of Labor (DOL) enforcement actions and be sued by employees if they fail to provide equal coverage for mental health issues, explained a speaker at SHRM’s 2022 Employment Law & Compliance Conference.
