Judge Applies Supreme Court Decision to Dismiss Representative PAGA Claims

A federal judge issued an order compelling arbitration, on an individual basis only, of the plaintiff’s individual claims under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and dismissed the remaining representative PAGA claims.
