IRS Confirms that Face Masks, Sanitizer Are Payable Through FSAs, HSAs or HRAs

The IRS clarified that purchases of face masks, hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and other products for preventing the spread of coronavirus can be paid or reimbursed under health flexible spending arrangements, health savings accounts or health reimbursement arrangements.
