HHS 2021 Health Plan 'Parameters' Raise Out-of-Pocket Maximums

For 2021, annual out-of-pocket maximums for most group health plans will increase by about 4.9 percent over this year’s limits, the Department of Health and Human Services announced in its 2021 benefit and payment parameters final rule.
